Exclusions: While we are committed to ensuring that you receive the highest-quality products, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or handling. It exclusively covers manufacturing defects and technical problems.

Claim Process: If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact us, and we will create a complimentary shipping label for the return. We are here to assist you with the process.

Registration: Product registration is not required to activate this warranty. Your coverage begins from the date of purchase.

Resolution: In cases where warranty claims are valid, we offer repair services or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Limitations: While our warranty is designed to offer you peace of mind, it does not cover the loss of your Shibela Earbuds, and we do not provide refunds for the purchase price.
